Access & Location

The Japan Butler Association headquarters is located in Aomi, Koto-ku, Tokyo (Odaiba area). Situated in an international area overlooking Tokyo Bay, it offers excellent access from both domestic and international locations. Visits are by appointment only, so please contact us in advance.

About the Odaiba Area

Our headquarters is located in Aomi, Koto-ku, Tokyo, which is part of the Odaiba area. Odaiba is a modern waterfront subcenter facing Tokyo Bay, developed as an international business and commercial district.

The area offers excellent access not only from within Tokyo's 23 wards but also from Haneda Airport (approximately 30 minutes), making it convenient for both domestic and international visitors. The surrounding area has numerous restaurants and hotels, ensuring a comfortable visit even for those traveling from afar.

The Odaiba area is served by two railway lines: Yurikamome and Rinkai Line, providing convenient access from various parts of Tokyo. The Yurikamome line is the most convenient option for reaching our association.

Access Tips

The Odaiba area is accessible from multiple stations. The nearest stations are "Tokyo International Cruise Terminal" or "Telecom Center" on the Yurikamome line, both approximately 5 minutes walk from our headquarters.

Using the Yurikamome line from Shimbashi or Toyosu stations provides direct access without transfers. The Rinkai Line's "Tokyo Teleport Station" is also within walking distance, though slightly farther, so please consider based on weather and luggage conditions.

Appointment-Only Policy

All visits to our association require advance appointments, including seminar attendance, member services, and consultations. This policy ensures we can provide high-quality service to all visitors.

We cannot accommodate walk-in visitors without appointments. Please contact us in advance.

How to Make a Reservation

Please contact us by phone (03-6824-4086) or email (info@butler-association.jp) with the following information:

  • • Your name and contact information
  • • Purpose of visit (seminar, consultation, tour, etc.)
  • • Preferred date and time (1st to 3rd choice)
  • • Number of visitors
  • • If arriving by car

On the Day of Your Visit

Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, please provide your name and purpose of visit at the reception. First-time visitors will receive a facility tour from our staff.

If you will be late or need to cancel, please call us as soon as possible.
